Andrew Rath
Andrew Rath is a doctoral candidate at McGill University. A native of Newport Beach, California, Andrew graduated with a bachelor's degree in History from Georgetown University. He then completed a Masters of Science degree in Comparative Politics of Empire from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His Master's dissertation was entitled "The Roles of Structure and Agency in Explaining the Exceptional Resistance of German East Africa during the First World War." His research interests include colonialism and decolonization; anti-colonial resistance; and military history.
